Ben Armstrong , Joint CEO
Ben has been involved in helping a vast array of multinational companies increase their exposure and foot holdings in some of the fastest-growing economies in the world.
As founder of Cavendish Group International in 1998, Ben established a unique platform through which companies across industry could increase their export activities to rapidly emerging economies such as Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC). His next significant career development was to head the team at Emsworth Corporate Planning where he was responsible for raising significant amounts of inward investment as well as helping the business to become a Government endorsing body for the Innovator visa scheme.
Vanessa Fu , Joint CEO
Lawyer and London expert Vanessa Fu was born in Beijing, but has divided her time between the UK and China for 20 years. Vanessa studied Law at Warwick University.
After qualifying as a lawyer in New York, Vanessa worked in corporate law in Beijing before joining London & Partners, the official agency of the Mayor of London, where she was in charge of attracting Chinese investors to London. In 2014, Vanessa moved into the world of financial services , using her specialist knowledge of London to provide expert advice in all areas of UK and international investments.
Kevan Timms , Head of Due Diligence and Corporate Analysis
Broad business experience across a range of disciplines following a 22-year military career.
National Trust Estate Management in Devon, Head of Operations at Blenheim Palace. Interim MD of £20M Engineering and Distribution companies driving management change, development and training. Head of project leading transfer of marine systems manufacturing from UK to Europe. European and UK IT transformation projects. Currently a UK based NonExec Director leading Strategic development and Leading Due Diligence reviews and investigations for UK business investment.
Frank Shi , HEAD OF SOUTH EAST ASIA
Frank has almost 30 years of business development and management experience and has worked in many international companies all of which are in the Fortune Global Top 500. His roles range from chief representative in China to business development director.
Frank joined Pall Mall in 2022 as the Head of South East Asia, responsible for generating deal flow and maintaining client relations. He is using his intensive network and influence in the Far East to encourage foreign direct investment to the UK.
Outside work, Frank loves to travel to see new places despite already being on the road regularly for work. He is also a keen cook and specially loves cooking with ClassicFM on in the background.
Eric Hoang , FINANCIAL ANALYST AND ADMINISTRATOR
Eric Hoang is an alumnus of Bryanston School and King’s College London, where he attained a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, specialising in Algebra, and wrote his dissertation on Knot Theory. He joined Pall Mall Investments International in November 2021.
He plays baseball and softball and is the current captain of a new team in the London Softball League. He has previously attained an ATCL Diploma in Piano Performance.

Andy is founder and director of Evolution Financial Services. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS). After years of working as an independent financial adviser for both niche firms and large corporate firms like RBS, Andy founded Evolution Financial Services in 2012 in order to provide a better and more personal service following his own professional ethos.
His clients range from businesses and business owners, high net worth individuals and oversea investors all of which have been generated by way of referral and word of mouth via referrals. The dedication and acumen that Andy has put into Evolution Financial Services has helped the company grow faster and larger, currently, the company has 3 offices in London and are in negotiations to expand to several new office locations as well.
Richard Mountain , Investor Relations Adviser
Richard has over 25 years of domestic and international financial communications experience and specialises in advising quoted companies on communications strategies.
Clients he has represented include a number of FTSE 100 and 250 companies and he has significant M&A and IPO experience. Having worked all over the world he is perfectly positioned to lend significant support and knowledge to our business both on the buy and sell-side of companies.
